North Staffordshire Hunt Meets at Oakley Hall on Saturday 17 February 2018 Last Saturday, 17 February, the North Staffordshire Hunt met at Oakley Hall, located on our parish boundary, hosted by American Mr Freddie Fisher lll and his English wife Anne. It was a beautiful spring like morning as the hounds moved away at 11am for their day's trail hunting. There were around 35 horses and a good number of followers for what is always a popular meeting in the North Staffs Hunt calendar. The historic house is a perfect setting for this piece of English rural tradition.
